Airport App

The Airport App is a digital companion for airline staff, agents and ground handlers working at the airport. The application makes it possible to manage all flights and passenger needs, on the go: ancillary sales, rebook, change details, check-in, board, and flight disruptions.

Airlines both increase their revenue and enhance their customer experience by being able to handle and charge for any extra services anywhere in the airport, mainly ancillary sales such as extra or excess baggage or seat upgrades, rebooking/change flight, or to change passenger details.

Payments are supported by either pay by link / QR functionality or through an integrated payment terminal.

A variant of the app supports Crew with passenger lists offline etc, and built natively for iOS (universal for iPad and iPhone) and/or Android.

Optimizations & Regulatory Compliance

The mobile check-in functionality can be used as a "queue buster" and cost saver around the check-in counters, and at the gates staff can board passengers by using the built-in camera as boarding pass gate scanner and updating the offline-supported passenger list manifest, for regulatory compliance, smoother passenger flows and enhanced On-Time Performance (OTP). Flight and disruption changes are also supported.
