Airline Disruption Management

The latest solution from SuperStreams is a combination of over a decade of experience and existing products and modules for notifications, airline system integration, data, and digital self-service via Apps and Web/IBE, with the addition of OTP-based dashboards and hotel and transportation booking, to enable airlines to automate their disruption management, thereby improving the customer experience, empower operations teams, and greatly reducing costs.

Notifications & Self-Service via Web and Apps

Based on all monitored flights with potential disruptions, like cancelations and delays, the airline can configure if passengers will be auto-assigned new flights and/or select their own alternatives.

SuperStreams communication engine handles notifications via app push, email and sms, deeplinking to a white-label self-service portal for accepting or selecting new flights, by default via a airline-customized web link, and optionally via native iOS and Android mobile SDKs.

Dashboards & Integrations

We integrate with the airline's PSS, DCS and Operations systems, and display Dashboards for potential airline flight disruptions in realtime, on passenger level, e.g. a smaller flight delay is often not an issue for most passengers, but it will be if the delay is the first segment for a passenger that needs to change flight for the final destination.

If hotels are needed, we'll configure and/or integrate with the airline's own hotel agreements for both passengers and crew, and optionally depending on destination we'll integrate with other hotel booking platforms, such as Nexus, Expedia and Booking.com, based on the airline's own agreements with those, as well as transportation providers.

SuperStreams will not charge any extra booking fees, only setup, license and maintenance, so that the airline can properly budget regardless of if/how many disruptions occur.
