SuperStreams Data platform is the foundation for our conversion focused dashboards, product personalization and channel segmentation. It enables high performing, intelligent and dynamic apps, as well as timely digital communication to the right subset of users with relevant messages.
Our base data platform setup always includes data synced from Analytics, some realtime critical data collected - such as searches, payments, bookings, check-ins, MMB, etc - as well as App Store and Google Play integrations for app downloads, ratings, reviews and rankings.
Optionally we can also integrate directly with the PSS data warehouse (e.g. Navitaire ODS) to give a cross platform overview of bookings and other critical data.
Our dashboards are focused on health and performance of the mobile apps, including downloads, ratings, active users, the most important conversions across bookings, check-in and MMB, among others.
We use this to confirm modules and flows are working as expected, and to find improvement candidates for existing feature improvements, new feature innovation, and/or experimentation and A/B tests.
Moreover, the most important data (searches, payments, bookings, check-in, MMB) is realtime and becomes an even more important indicator of performance, used by the devops monitoring and on-call teams 24/7.
What we launch is not “best” because we think so, but because the data confirms it.

Why try to sell a flight to an app user that is already on his/her way to the airport? SuperStreams Data platform enables truly intelligent and dynamic apps that provide different content depending on user and context.
Call to actions (CTA) and/or nudges to complete an action can also be supported by our data platform together with the backend/middleware and communication engine, such as urgency messaging (“x people looking at this route”) or abandoned cart messages, via app push notifications or other channels.
To be able to communicate with the right subset of users with the most relevant messages, we need channel segmentation.
SuperStreams Data platform can provide that segmentation for the Communication Engine. That’s the difference between users feeling what they receive is perceived as spam (as is common with normal “newsletters”) or a service, such as sending a push notifications about good deals to Bali for users that have recently searched for or viewed that destination.
